At Fashion Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new style isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Fashion Club account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
